Who is ClinHub for?
For dental and medical practices that want organised operations and audit-ready documentation.
Do we need special hardware?
No. A tablet for the team and a computer for admin are enough. ClinHub runs in the browser and installs as an app.
How does the team sign in?
Each person signs in with a personal PIN on the tablet — fast and password-free.
What does “Audit Ready” mean?
Every important action is logged automatically (who, what, when). At an inspection, everything is provable.
Where is our data stored and who has access?
Your practice's data is held in a database in the EU. Each practice is strictly separated from others; only authorised people at your practice have access via their login. Access from other practices is technically ruled out.
What happens to our data if we stop using ClinHub?
Your data is yours. You can request an export and have your account and data deleted at any time.
How much effort is switching from our current QM?
You start with a clean, empty structure and move your content over gradually – no big migration project. Where there is a lot of manual entry, CSV import helps.
Does ClinHub replace or complement our existing QM handbook?
ClinHub reflects day-to-day execution (checklists, records, deadlines, documents) and makes it audit-traceable. You can keep using an existing QM handbook and store it as a document.
